即利用溫度光照等物理作用，使微生物的蛋白質即酶變性或凝固，使之達到目的。酒店洗滌推薦的熱力洗滌低要求洗滌溫度80℃時，洗滌10分鐘。洗滌溫度和時間決定布草的根本因素，烘干機的烘干過程也可以減少微生物和病殘留。

The recommended thermal washing method for hotel washing requires 10 minutes of washing at a washing temperature of 80 ℃. 2、布草化學法

菌體蛋白質凝固變性，，破壞其生理機能，從而達到目的。當酒店洗滌對溫度類的織物，如化纖、羊毛或者采用低溫洗滌時，須使用化學法來實現布草。
The bacterial protein undergoes coagulation and denaturation, disrupting its physiological function and achieving its goal. When hotels wash fabrics that are temperature sensitive, such as synthetic fibers, wool, or use low-temperature washing, chemical methods must be used to achieve cloth grass.
（1）使用劑（以卡思海寶漂液為例）
(1) Usage agent (taking Kasihaibao bleaching solution as an example)
浸泡：濃度250ppm-400ppm，時間大于20分鐘。
Soaking: Concentration 250ppm-400ppm, time greater than 20 minutes.
洗滌：使用漂液200ppm40℃洗滌，100ppm60℃洗滌。
Washing: Wash with a bleach solution of 200ppm at 40 ℃ and 100ppm at 60 ℃.
（2）使用過氧乙酸類清潔劑（以卡思海寶低溫氧漂液為例）

浸泡：濃度百分之0.2-百分之0.5，且時間大于10分鐘。

洗滌：使用漂液，每升水使用2ml,60℃洗滌。
Washing: Use bleach, 2ml per liter of water, and wash at 60 ℃.
注意：當使用化學法洗滌布草時，須按照所使用的化學品的規范進行所有洗滌標準化操作。

3、布草光照法
3. Linen illumination method
即利用溫度等物理作用，使微生物的蛋白質即酶變性或凝固，以達到目的。光照法主要利用紫外線照射，導致死亡。

（1）日光暴曬法：日光曝曬法用于枕頭、床褥、床墊、棉絮等，一般曝曬6小時可達到效果，期間需要2小時翻面一次。
